BAMBOO PIECE runs two businesses: IT engineering services (SES) and real estate. Work and living — the two foundations of everyday life — and we support them both, connecting people and intentions straight and true.

BUSINESS 01
IT Engineering / SES
Our engineers join client development teams on-site and support system development and operations from the inside.
SES (System Engineering Services) means our engineers work at a client's site as members of the client's development team. We take time to understand each engineer's experience, skills, and where they want to go next, then propose a project where they can do their best work. And placement is only the beginning: we hold regular one-on-ones after every assignment, building relationships that work for both our clients and our engineers.
What we cover
Projects span a wide range of fields, matched to each engineer's experience.

- Designing, building, and improving the core systems that keep our clients' operations running.
- Web application development
- Front-end and back-end development for web services and websites.
- Infrastructure & operations
- Designing and building servers and networks, and keeping systems stable through monitoring and maintenance.
- Testing & quality assurance
- Designing and running tests that protect system quality — often a good first step for new engineers.
Who thrives here?
Engineers with liberal arts degrees, career changers from retail and office work, self-taught programmers — our people arrive by many routes. What they share is an honest willingness to learn. On the job, they build real experience while working toward certifications and more senior design roles.
Starting with no experience
New members begin with training in IT fundamentals and business basics, then start on approachable projects such as testing and operations, with regular follow-up meetings after placement. Many of our team joined as career changers or without prior experience.

Real Estate
A community-based business that supports the foundations of daily life, from finding a home to managing properties.
A home is the deepest foundation of everyday life. That is why we never treat a sale or a lease as the end of the relationship — we make every proposal with our customers' lives after the contract in mind. First apartment searches, home sales, property management, asset planning for owners: our goal is to be the first place people in our community think of for anything real estate.
What we handle
One point of contact for everything to do with housing, from first inquiry to long-term management.

- Buying and selling houses, condominiums, and land, matched to each customer's needs and budget.
- Rental brokerage
- Careful support through the whole rental journey: search, viewings, application, and contract.
- Property management
- Handling tenant support and building upkeep on behalf of property owners.

- Working with owners on vacancy measures, rent reviews, and making the most of their assets.
