Can I apply without prior experience?
Yes, absolutely. Many of our team started as career changers or without prior experience. Training and on-the-job support cover the fundamentals, so we care more about your willingness to learn than your current skills.
What is a casual chat?
An informal conversation, not a screening. We talk online for about 30 minutes about the work and the atmosphere of the company. No resume is needed, dress however you like, and we will not ask why you want to join.
What does the process look like, from applying to joining?
The standard flow is: apply through the form, one or two interviews, an offer, then your first day. You can also start with a casual chat. After an offer, your start date is flexible and can fit around your current job.
How soon will I hear back?
We reply by email within 1-3 business days. A confirmation email is sent automatically right after you submit the form. If it does not arrive, please check your spam folder.
Do I need a resume?
Not for a casual chat. If you move on to a formal interview we will ask for a resume and work history, but feel free to reach out first with nothing prepared.
