• Topic of enquiry (required)

We also briefly read the sending IP address to guard against automated abuse. This is not stored.

Why we use it

We use what you send us only for the following.

• Replying to your enquiry and staying in touch
• Communicating with you about our hiring process
• Keeping the internal records that go with the above

We do not use it for anything else, and we never add you to a marketing list.

Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except with your consent or where required by law.

Service providers

We use the following external services to run the contact form. Both handle your information under our direction and only for the purposes above.

• Google LLC (Firebase App Hosting) — serving this site and processing form submissions
• GMO Internet Group, Inc. (Onamae.com mail servers) — sending and receiving enquiry email

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries as an internal record for a limited period after we have responded. The retention period is [to be confirmed]. We dispose of the information promptly once that period ends.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies for behavioural tracking or advertising, and we have not installed any analytics tools.
